Kristin Bradley LMT#24448

"The difference between when someone first walks into my studio, and when they walk out, is what makes me happy. That just for a little bit, they don't have a care in the world; they are in a world of eternal bliss. That reason alone is what makes my 'job' so wonderful."

-Kristin Bradley

Kristin is originally from Michigan and has been living in the Portland area for almost 7 years now. She has seventeen years of customer service experience in multiple enterprises. She graduated in 2018 from the prestigious East West College of the healing arts. She hopes to help change the lives of people who suffer from chronic pain, sleep disorders, stress, anxiety, and depression. Kristin used to suffer from chronic pain for over ten years of her life which led to many problems. Being in a constant state of discomfort caused her not to be able to sleep, and along with that came stress and depression. One day a massage therapist changed her life in a matter of fifteen minutes, and that's when she decided she would dedicate her life to continuously learning and working with the human body . She want to help increase the quality of life in others.

She now specializes specifically in Ashiatsu, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy. She uses active listening and a holistic approach combined with techniques from different modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, structural bodywork, cupping therapy, Craniosacral, and Tui Na to really individualize and tailor each session to the client’s needs. She intends to continue her education in Thai & Yoga massage, and Ashiatsu.

Her main goal is for every person to leave her feeling more at ease with a relaxed nervous system and in a body that allows more movement and freedom; an overall increase in general well being. The better we feel, the better people we can be in our communities.

When Kristin isn't spending her time learning about, and working with the human body, she likes to spend her time with her four legged fur baby exploring what mother earth has to offer. Her extra curricular activities include, hiking, yoga, traveling the world, trying new foods, reading, crafting, listening to music and her favorite podcasts, catching a live show and dancing the night away.
